Administrator Overview

• Configure Arena application to allow IPhone API access.
• Configure IIS host header for mobile URL.
• Configure external DNS for mobile URL and publish worldwide.
• Configure Firewall if necessary for port forwarding.
• Set up user account and configure security for IPhone user in Arena.
• Send user login and URL information.

iPhone User Overview

• Contact your Arena application administrator and request the following information: Username, Password and Base URL
• On you iPhone, go to the App Store and search "arenachms"
• Download the ArenaChMS App
• Enter your username, password and base URL
